Shipping Policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS, AND TIME FRAMES:
Online orders can only be shipped within the 50 United States. We are unable to ship to US Territories and APO or FPO military addresses at this time. All orders placed with a P.O. Box as the ship-to-address will ship via Federal Express SmartPost. After processing time, please allow 4-8 business days for Ground delivery. Orders with items on backorder are held until they can be shipped complete.

Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Express shipping does not include processing time. After processing time, please allow 2-3 business days for Express delivery. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday excluding major holidays).
Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. Please allow 10-14 business days for orders shipping to AK & HI. Express shipping is not available for orders shipping to HI & AK.

CUSTOM PRODUCT SHIPPING:
Custom Products will be shipped and delivered 4-6 weeks from the order date.

Free Shipping offers are valid on Ground shipping only. Ground discount will be applied at checkout. Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to AK & HI. Exclusions may apply. Not valid on previous orders. Offer may expire or be withdrawn without notice due to error, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances. Void where prohibited. No code is needed.
